SH706B Automatic Self-ignition Point Tester
Standard: DL/T 706 GB/T 5332 IEC 60079-4 ASTM E659
SH706B fully automatic flash point tester complies with the China Electric Power Industry Standard DL/T 706-2017 and GB/T 5332, the test method for the ignition temperature of flammable liquids and gases.
The instrument employs advanced microcomputer technology and a color display with a touch screen, utilizing sophisticated temperature control methods to automatically determine the autoignition point of fire-resistant oil. It features automatic constant-temperature timing upon reaching the preset autoignition point, automatic sample injection, automatic detection of the autoignition point, and automatic result printing functionality.
Performance characteristics:
● Display mode: LCD color large screen display, touch screen operation.
● Adopting three-point temperature measurement: bottom center, side middle, and upper
● Automatic ventilation device to ensure sufficient oxygen in the furnace and facilitate the collection of spontaneous combustion points
● Automatic sampling device, when the temperature reaches the required level, automatically drops 70 μ L of sample into the flask
● Inject sample volume: The standard specified volume can be entered on the touch screen or set by oneself,
● Result output: It can also be equipped with a USB drive output function to output to the PC for long-term storage
● Output format: The output format of the result USB drive is CSV or Excel.
